Our home is professionally cleaned between guests. Our professional cleaners will make all the beds with fresh linens and will supply all bathrooms with clean towels, toilet paper/paper towels/tissues/basic soaps. We also provide extra pillows, blankets, hair dryers, iron & ironing board, and hangers.

This beautiful house has been updated throughout with a new kitchen and stainless-steel appliances. It is an open floor plan with an oversized large eat-in kitchen that opens to an inviting living room. The kitchen is supplied with dishes, utensils, a toaster, a blender, pots & pans, a microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, and Lobster Pot. A massive backyard with a gas grill and a fire pit to enjoy some s'mores. The house also has a washer and dryer, central AC, heat, high-speed WIFI, and a 50" smart flatscreen TV. Enjoy a brand new state of the art outdoor shower.

For your convenience, we provide beach towels, chairs & umbrellas, coolers, and thermal cups to keep your drinks cool while you are at the beach.

6 colorful Adirondacks chairs surround the fire pit. The large picnic table is perfect for family outdoor dining. We have put a lot of time and effort into making this house fun for your vacation. We have loaded it up with games and activities to make your stay enjoyable. Ample parking for guests.
